Warranty Policy

The SecureStix USB devices are produced with the highest possible grade of chipset, manufacturing composite and software available on the market today.

As such, we are able to offer a full 10 year data retention warranty on our SecureStix USB Fingerprint devices.
This warranty is subject to the conditions stated below,

Conditions:
The guarantee is void in the following cases:

1. Where the device has been exposed to moisture (eg water, coffee etc)
2. Where the device has been exposed to corrosive matter (liquid or airborne)
3. Where any defect or failure is attributed to accident, misuse, abuse negligence or non-observance of local regulations on the part of the owner or user; or
4. Where the device has been serviced by a person other than a SecureStix employee.
5. Where the device has been removed from the computer (USB port) without the device first being “disabled” from the computer “toolbar”
6. Where the device has been removed from the computer while in the process of uploading/downloading files.

Returns Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO YOU WHEN YOU REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER.

If returning merchandise:

  1. We must be notified at the time you received the merchandise (within 2 days).
  2. When we are notified we will give you an authorisation number (RMA Number), and a return address to send the product to. The item has to be returned within 10 days of the invoice date and in perfect condition with all accessories included. Write a note on the invoice with the reason for returning and include instructions telling us what you would like done.
  3. Absolutely no returns will be entertained after 14 days from purchase.
  4. No returns on special orders.
  5. Shipping costs are not refundable. If there is an exchange, the customer will be liable for shipping.
  6. Absolutely no refunds credit given without proof of purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.

All prices displayed in the UK products catalogue will be subject to VAT @ 17.5% (where applicable).
